This systematic review investigates the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes in home care settings. The study aims to synthesize existing research findings to evaluate the effectiveness of telehealth interventions on patient outcomes such as quality of care, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes in the context of home-based care. The review begins with an extensive search and selection process of relevant studies from electronic databases, resulting in a final selection of studies meeting the inclusion criteria. The review then analyzes and synthesizes the selected studies to identify common themes, trends, and outcomes related to the use of telehealth in home care settings.
