The utilization of telehealth in home care nursing settings is an increasingly prevalent trend that has the potential to significantly impact patient outcomes. This thesis explores the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes in home care nursing settings, focusing on the effectiveness of remote monitoring, virtual consultations, and other telehealth interventions. The study aims to investigate how telehealth technologies can enhance patient care, improve health outcomes, and increase patient satisfaction within the home care setting. The research methodology includes a comprehensive literature review to examine existing studies on telehealth in home care nursing and its effects on patient outcomes. This review identifies key themes and trends in the literature, highlighting the benefits and challenges of implementing telehealth technologies in this context. Additionally, the study incorporates qualitative interviews with home care nurses, patients, and healthcare providers to gather firsthand perspectives on the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes.
