Telehealth has become increasingly prevalent in healthcare settings, offering innovative ways to deliver care and monitor patients remotely. This thesis investigates the impact of telehealth on patient outcomes in home care nursing. The study aims to explore how the use of telehealth technologies influences patient health outcomes, satisfaction levels, and the quality of care provided by home care nurses. A comprehensive literature review was conducted to examine existing research on telehealth in nursing and its effects on patient outcomes. The research methodology involved a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and data analysis to gather insights from both patients and healthcare professionals. The findings suggest that telehealth interventions have the potential to improve patient outcomes in home care nursing by enhancing communication, monitoring vital signs, and providing timely interventions. However, challenges such as technological barriers, privacy concerns, and the need for training among healthcare providers were identified as potential limitations. The results of this study contribute to the growing body of knowledge on telehealth in nursing and provide valuable insights for healthcare practitioners, policymakers, and researchers aiming to enhance patient care outcomes in home settings.
