The study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of existing literature to evaluate the effectiveness, challenges, and implications of telehealth in this specific demographic. Chapter One provides an introduction to the topic, presenting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definitions of key terms. Chapter Two consists of a thorough literature review covering ten key aspects related to telehealth and chronic disease management in older adults.
