By utilizing a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and statistical analysis, this study delves into the perceptions of healthcare providers and patients regarding telehealth services. The literature review highlights the benefits and challenges associated with telehealth implementation in rural settings, providing a comprehensive overview of the existing research in this field.
