Melon is a widely cultivated crop with various culinary and commercial applications. One of the key challenges in processing melon is the labor-intensive task of de-husking and separating the seeds from the pulp. This project aims to design a melon de-husking and separation machine to enhance the efficiency and productivity of the melon processing industry. The proposed machine will utilize mechanical principles to de-husk the melons and separate the seeds from the pulp.
