Attempt made to solve these problem include, introduction of the structural adjustment programme (SAP) and the war against indiscipline and corruption (WACI). These bodies prohibited the importation of some goods, there by building the inspiration on our people to embrace indigenous technology. This led to significant achievement in the field of technology of this country.Since this great achievement has made engineer, scientist and technologist in this country were able to join efforts both mentally and manually into production and research programmes.
