This project seeks to provide a comprehensive analysis of the role of international space law in regulating space exploration and exploitation, aiming to foster a deeper understanding of the legal frameworks that govern human activities in space and their implications for the future of space exploration.</div><div>The study will commence by introducing the historical development of international space law, outlining key principles and treaties governing space exploration and utilization, and highlighting the ethical considerations in space law and the promotion of responsible space activities. It will then delve into the examination of the Outer Space Treaty and other foundational space law treaties, analyzing national space legislation and its interaction with international space law, and presenting case studies of space exploration missions and their compliance with international legal frameworks.</div><div>Furthermore, the project will explore the legal considerations for commercial space activities, including satellite launches and space tourism, and examine the legal framework for space resource utilization, including asteroid mining and lunar resource extraction.
