It will then delve into the examination of key international conventions and treaties related to women's rights, analyzing the role of international human rights bodies in protecting and promoting women's rights, and presenting case studies of landmark legal decisions and their impact on advancing gender equality.</div><div>Furthermore, the project will explore gender-based discrimination and its intersection with other forms of discrimination, examining the role of international human rights law in addressing intersectional discrimination against women and discussing ethical considerations in addressing systemic gender-based discrimination within legal frameworks.
