This research project seeks to provide a comprehensive analysis of the multifaceted role of NGOs in promoting diplomatic dialogue, aiming to deepen our understanding of their contributions to conflict resolution, peacebuilding, and fostering mutual understanding among diverse stakeholders in international relations. By examining the evolution of diplomatic dialogue, the role of NGOs in conflict resolution, their engagement in track II diplomacy, and the future directions and policy implications, this study aims to contribute to a nuanced understanding of the complexities involved in the functions and influence of NGOs in diplomatic processes, and to provide insights into their evolving role in contemporary global governance and diplomacy. <br></p>
