<p> The management of transboundary water resources has become a critical aspect of global diplomacy, with water-related conflicts and cooperation significantly impacting international relations, environmental sustainability, and socio-economic development. The increasing competition for scarce water resources, coupled with the complexities of governance and access, has heightened the potential for conflicts and cooperation among riparian states. This research project seeks to provide a comprehensive analysis of international water conflicts and cooperation, with a focus on understanding the geopolitical, environmental, and diplomatic dimensions. By examining case studies and theoretical frameworks, this study aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of the complexities involved in the intersection of international water issues and diplomatic interactions, and to provide insights into the prospects for enhancing international cooperation and sustainable water governance in a rapidly changing global landscape. <br></p>
