The agricultural sector plays a crucial role in the economic development of rural areas by providing livelihood opportunities and ensuring food security for households. Sustainable farming practices have emerged as a key strategy to enhance agricultural productivity while minimizing environmental degradation. This study investigates the impact of sustainable farming practices on rural household income and food security. The research begins with a comprehensive review of the literature on sustainable farming practices, rural household income, and food security. The literature review highlights the importance of adopting sustainable agricultural techniques to improve agricultural productivity, enhance income generation, and ensure food security in rural communities. The research methodology section outlines the research design, data collection methods, and analytical techniques used in this study. A mixed-methods approach is employed, combining qualitative interviews with farmers and quantitative analysis of household income and food security indicators. The findings of the study reveal a positive correlation between the adoption of sustainable farming practices and rural household income. Farmers who implement sustainable agricultural techniques such as crop rotation, organic farming, and water conservation strategies experience increased yields and higher incomes.
