This thesis investigates the implementation of sustainable agricultural practices in rural communities, focusing on a comprehensive case study. The primary objective is to explore the challenges and opportunities associated with transitioning to sustainable agriculture in rural settings and to assess the impact of such practices on agricultural productivity, environmental sustainability, and community well-being. Through a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and field observations, data was collected from a specific rural community to understand the current agricultural practices, the barriers to adopting sustainable methods, and the potential benefits of transitioning to sustainable agriculture. The findings reveal that while traditional agricultural practices have been predominant in the study area, there is a growing awareness of the importance of sustainability among community members.
