The research methodology involved a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with rural households practicing sustainable farming methods. Chapter One provides an introduction to the study, outlining the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance of the study, and the structure of the thesis.
