This research delves into the field of paleoceanography to investigate past sea level changes and their implications for understanding present and future trends. By analyzing sedimentary records, fossil assemblages, and geochemical proxies, this study reconstructs past sea level variations over geological timescales. Through synthesis of paleoceanographic data from different regions and periods, the research aims to elucidate the driving forces behind sea level fluctuations, including factors such as glacial-interglacial cycles, tectonic movements, and thermal expansion of seawater.
