Abstract
**
This study focuses on modeling groundwater contaminant transport in karst aquifers, aiming to improve understanding of contaminant behavior and develop effective management strategies. Karst aquifers are characterized by complex geological structures and high permeability, making them vulnerable to rapid contaminant transport and dispersion. Through numerical modeling techniques such as MODFLOW and MT3DMS, the research simulates contaminant migration pathways, evaluates transport mechanisms, and assesses the impact of hydrogeological parameters on contaminant fate and transport. By integrating modeling results with field observations and water quality assessments, the study aims to inform decision-making for groundwater protection and remediation in karst environments.
