Abstract
**
This study investigates the geological factors influencing landslide occurrences, aiming to enhance understanding of landslide mechanisms and improve risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Through field investigations, geological mapping, and analysis of landslide events, the research identifies key geological parameters such as lithology, slope morphology, tectonic activity, and weathering processes that contribute to landslide susceptibility. By integrating geological data with geospatial analysis techniques, the study seeks to develop predictive models for assessing landslide susceptibility and guiding land use planning and disaster management efforts in landslide-prone areas.
