The research will explore how different social media platforms affect the mental health of young adults in terms of self-esteem, body image, anxiety, depression, and overall psychological well-being. The study will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather data from a diverse sample of young adults. Through the analysis of survey responses and interview transcripts, the research aims to identify patterns and trends in social media use and its effects on mental health.
