Urban estate management faces increasing complexities in lease administration due to rapid urbanization, rising tenant expectations, and evolving regulatory requirements, resulting in operational inefficiencies and elevated transaction costs. This study aims to develop and evaluate a digital platform designed to enhance lease management efficiency within urban estates, focusing specifically on streamlining lease processing, improving data accuracy, and facilitating real-time communications between stakeholders. The research objectives include assessing the current lease management practices, identifying technological gaps, designing a prototype digital platform, and evaluating its impact on administrative efficiency. A mixed-methods research design was employed to ensure comprehensive insights, combining qualitative interviews with key estate management professionals and quantitative surveys of tenants and property managers. The study targeted a population of 300 estate management officials and 1,000 tenants across five major urban estates within the metropolitan area.
