This study aims to assess the effectiveness of sustainable waste management practices in reducing environmental pollution. The research focuses on evaluating various sustainable waste management strategies, such as recycling, composting, waste-to-energy conversion, and landfill management, in mitigating environmental pollution impacts. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, including the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms. Chapter Two presents a comprehensive literature review covering ten key areas related to sustainable waste management practices and their impact on environmental pollution. Chapter Three outlines the research methodology, including research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, and data analysis procedures. This chapter also discusses ethical considerations and limitations that may influence the research outcomes. Chapter Four presents a detailed discussion of the findings obtained from the research, analyzing the effectiveness of different sustainable waste management practices in reducing environmental pollution.
