The study is guided by the principles of sustainability, aiming to balance environmental, social, and economic considerations in waste management practices. The introduction provides an overview of the importance of sustainable waste management in urban areas and sets the context for the research. The background of the study explores the existing literature on waste management practices, highlighting key concepts and previous research findings. The problem statement identifies the gaps and challenges in current waste management practices, emphasizing the need for sustainable solutions.
