Abstract
This project will develop a 3-year growth strategy and implementation plan for a small bakery located in Downtown, Anytown called The Daily Bread Bakery. The Daily Bread Bakery was opened 2 years ago by Jane Baker and currently has 5 employees. While the bakery has been successful so far, Jane wants to expand the business to reach more customers and increase profits over the next 3 years. This project will conduct a situational analysis of the bakery's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Market research will be done to identify growth opportunities. Financial projections will be made to determine capital needs and forecast profitability. A detailed implementation plan will then be created to outline the strategic initiatives, responsibilities, timeline and budget for achieving the bakery's 3-year growth goals.
