Abstract
This project will develop a plan for creating an entrepreneur mentorship program to support startup founders and small business owners in the local community. The program will match experienced entrepreneurs with mentees seeking guidance on topics such as developing a business plan, fundraising, marketing strategies, and managing growth. A thorough review of best practices in entrepreneur mentorship programs will be conducted. The plan will include recommendations on program structure, mentor and mentee recruitment strategies, curriculum development, and metrics for measuring success. The goal of the program is to help more local entrepreneurs succeed by providing them access to experienced advisors.
