Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) plays a significant role in shaping the economic landscape of developing countries. This study aims to explore the impact of FDI on economic growth in developing countries, focusing on the various mechanisms through which FDI can contribute to economic development. The research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing panel data analysis to examine the relationship between FDI inflows and economic growth in a sample of developing countries over a specific period. The study begins with an introduction that provides the background of the research topic, presents the problem statement, outlines the objectives of the study, discusses the limitations and scope of the research, highlights the significance of the study, and describes the structure of the thesis. A comprehensive review of relevant literature is presented in Chapter Two, which covers ten key themes related to FDI and economic growth in developing countries. Chapter Three details the research methodology employed in this study, including the research design, data collection methods, variables selection, and analytical techniques.
