Tooth whitening has become a popular cosmetic dental procedure worldwide, with various techniques and products available to address patient concerns about the color of their teeth. This thesis aimed to assess the efficacy of different tooth whitening techniques in dental patients. The study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness, safety, and patient satisfaction associated with these techniques. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, presenting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of terms. The literature review in Chapter Two explores ten key studies related to tooth whitening techniques, highlighting their methodologies, findings, and implications for clinical practice. Chapter Three details the research methodology, including study design, participant recruitment, variables measured, data collection methods, and statistical analysis procedures.
