Thesis Abstract

This project aims to examine the ways in which language serves as a medium for the representation and negotiation of social identity. By analyzing linguistic practices and discursive strategies, the study seeks to uncover the complex interplay between language and social identity construction. Through a qualitative investigation of language use in diverse social contexts, the project will contribute to a deeper understanding of how language shapes and reflects individuals' sense of belonging within society.
