Thesis Abstract

This research project aims to explore the human resource management practices of cooperatives and their impact on employee empowerment, community development, and organizational performance. The study will investigate how cooperatives foster a culture of participation, equity, and skill development among their members and employees. By examining case studies of cooperative human resource initiatives, the research seeks to identify best practices in cooperative HRM that contribute to sustainable livelihoods, social cohesion, and organizational resilience. The findings will provide insights into how cooperatives can serve as models for inclusive and people-centered approaches to human resource management.
