By examining best practices in cooperative HRM and development, the research seeks to provide insights into how cooperatives can optimize their human resources to achieve sustainable growth and social impact. The project will employ a mixed-methods approach, including qualitative interviews, surveys, and case studies, to gather comprehensive data on cooperative HRM and development strategies. The findings of this research will contribute to the existing literature on cooperative management and provide practical recommendations for cooperative leaders and policymakers.
