Modeling and simulation of multiphase flow in chemical reactors

Thesis Abstract

This project aims to model and simulate multiphase flow phenomena in chemical reactors to improve the understanding and design of multiphase reaction systems. The project will focus on the development of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) models to simulate the behavior of gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, and gas-liquid-solid systems in various reactor configurations. The project will also involve the validation of the CFD models using experimental data and the application of the models to optimize reactor performance.
