Abstract
This thesis investigates the impact of emotional intelligence on leadership effectiveness within the context of business organizations. Emotional intelligence has gained significant attention in recent years as a critical factor in determining leadership success and organizational performance. The study aims to explore how emotional intelligence influences leadership effectiveness and its implications for achieving organizational goals. The research methodology employed a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather data from a diverse sample of leaders and employees in various industries.
