By assessing the alignment of management processes with organizational goals and objectives, management audit helps in identifying areas for improvement and strategic development. The case study reveals that management audit serves as a diagnostic tool that enables organizations to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. Through the systematic evaluation of management functions such as planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, management audit facilitates the identification of best practices and areas requiring intervention. Furthermore, the study underscores the role of management audit in promoting transparency, accountability, and governance within organizations. By evaluating the adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, management audit helps in mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with standards and guidelines. The findings suggest that management audit contributes to enhancing organizational performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. The research also highlights the challenges and limitations associated with the implementation of management audit in organizations. These include resistance to change, lack of expertise in audit processes, and insufficient support from top management. Addressing these challenges requires a proactive approach towards building a culture that values the role of management audit in driving organizational success. In conclusion, the study emphasizes the importance of management audit as an aid for effective management in organizations. By providing a comprehensive evaluation of management practices and processes, management audit enables organizations to make informed decisions, allocate resources efficiently, and achieve their strategic objectives. The findings underscore the need for organizations to embrace management audit as a strategic tool for enhancing performance, ensuring compliance, and fostering organizational excellence.
