Abstract
This research project aims to investigate the problems faced by new secretaries in Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri. Secretaries play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of organizations by handling administrative tasks, managing communication, and providing support to staff and management. However, new secretaries often encounter challenges as they navigate their roles in the workplace. This study will focus on identifying and analyzing the specific issues that new secretaries face in the context of Federal Polytechnic Nekede Owerri in order to provide insights and recommendations for improving their work experiences. The research will utilize a mixed-methods approach, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods.
