Building with resilient building materials

Thesis Abstract

This project aims to explore the use of resilient building materials to enhance the durability and disaster resistance of structures. Resilient materials, such as fiber-reinforced composites, engineered wood products, and advanced concrete mixes, offer improved performance against extreme weather events, seismic activity, and other hazards. The research will investigate the properties and applications of resilient materials in building construction, as well as their potential to mitigate the impact of natural disasters on buildings and infrastructure.
