Thesis Abstract
Liver cancer is a major global health concern, and drug metabolism plays a crucial role in the efficacy and toxicity of anticancer drugs. This project aims to investigate the biochemistry of drug metabolism in liver cancer. By studying the expression and activity of drug-metabolizing enzymes in liver cancer cells, as well as the impact of altered drug metabolism on drug response, this research will contribute to a better understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying drug metabolism in liver cancer.
