Abstract
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small non-coding RNAs that play crucial roles in gene regulation and have been implicated in various biological processes, including cancer progression. This thesis aims to explore the role of miRNAs in cancer progression and their potential as therapeutic targets. The study will investigate the dysregulation of specific miRNAs in different types of cancer and how these dysregulated miRNAs contribute to tumor development, metastasis, and drug resistance.
