Thesis Abstract
Lung cancer is a complex disease with diverse molecular subtypes, and drug metabolism plays a critical role in determining the response to anticancer drugs. This project aims to analyze the role of biochemistry in drug metabolism in lung cancer. By investigating the expression and activity of drug-metabolizing enzymes in lung cancer cells, as well as the impact of altered drug metabolism on drug efficacy and toxicity, this research will provide insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying drug metabolism in lung cancer.
