Antioxidants are compounds that can counteract the damaging effects of ROS by neutralizing them or preventing their formation. This study aimed to analyze the effects of various antioxidants on oxidative stress in human cells. Chapter One provides the foundation for the study, beginning with an introduction to the topic of oxidative stress and antioxidants.
