Thesis Abstract
This project involves the design and development of a sustainable fashion collection. With the fashion industry being one of the largest contributors to environmental degradation and social injustices, there is a growing need for more sustainable and ethical practices. This study aims to create a fashion collection that considers the entire lifecycle of garments, from sourcing materials to production and end-of-life disposal. Through research on sustainable fashion principles, material exploration, and collaboration with ethical manufacturers, this project will demonstrate how fashion can be both aesthetically appealing and environmentally responsible.
