Thesis Abstract

This project aims to investigate the effects of electromagnetic fields (EMFs) on human sleep patterns. With the increasing use of electronic devices and wireless technologies, exposure to EMFs has become a significant concern. Sleep plays a crucial role in maintaining overall health and well-being, and disruptions in sleep patterns can have adverse effects on human health. The project will involve conducting experiments to measure the impact of EMFs on sleep quality, duration, and sleep architecture. The project will also explore the underlying mechanisms through which EMFs may affect sleep patterns. The findings of this project will contribute to a better understanding of the potential health risks associated with EMF exposure and inform the development of guidelines for minimizing exposure and promoting healthy sleep habits.
