Thesis Abstract
Aquaponics is an innovative and sustainable farming technique that combines aquaculture (fish farming) with hydroponics (soilless plant cultivation). This project aims to develop a sustainable agriculture system using aquaponics and evaluate its potential for efficient food production with minimal environmental impact. The study will involve designing and constructing an aquaponics system, monitoring the growth of fish and plants, and analyzing the system's performance in terms of water usage, nutrient cycling, and crop yield. The findings will contribute to the development of sustainable farming practices and food security.
