This project aims to analyze the effects of air pollution on plant growth and development. Air pollution, particularly the presence of pollutants such as particulate matter, nitrogen dioxide, and sulfur dioxide, can have detrimental effects on plant health. Understanding the impact of air pollution on plants is crucial for assessing the environmental risks and developing mitigation strategies. The objective of this project is to investigate the physiological and biochemical responses of plants to different air pollutants. The research will involve exposing plants to controlled levels of pollutants, monitoring their growth parameters, and analyzing the changes in leaf morphology, photosynthetic activity, and antioxidant defense mechanisms. The findings of this project will contribute to our understanding of the effects of air pollution on plant ecosystems and help in developing strategies for plant protection and environmental conservation.
