Thesis Abstract

Heat stress is a significant challenge in animal production systems, particularly in regions with high temperatures and humidity. This study aims to investigate the effects of different heat stress mitigation strategies on animal productivity. The research will focus on evaluating various methods such as shade provision, cooling systems, and dietary interventions to alleviate the negative impacts of heat stress on animal performance. The study will assess parameters including feed intake, milk production (in dairy cows), weight gain (in livestock), and egg production (in poultry) under different heat stress conditions. The findings of this research will contribute to the development of effective heat stress management strategies to enhance animal productivity and welfare in hot climates.
