Thesis Abstract
The aim of this study is to assess the impact of different milking techniques on udder health in dairy cows. Udder health is a critical aspect of dairy cow welfare and milk production. Various milking techniques, such as manual milking, machine milking, and robotic milking, are commonly used in dairy farms. However, the effects of these techniques on udder health have not been extensively studied. This research project will investigate the potential differences in udder health indicators, including somatic cell count, milk quality, and udder tissue integrity, among cows subjected to different milking techniques. The findings of this study will provide valuable insights into the optimal milking technique for maintaining udder health in dairy cows
