The aging population is growing rapidly worldwide, leading to an increased prevalence of osteoporosis and fractures among the elderly. Maintaining bone density is crucial for preventing fractures and maintaining overall health in older individuals. This thesis aimed to investigate the effects of exercise on bone density in elderly individuals.
