This thesis explores the impact of technology integration on adult education outcomes. The use of technology in education has become increasingly prevalent, and understanding its effects on adult learners is essential for enhancing the effectiveness of educational programs. The study aims to investigate how the integration of technology influences the learning outcomes and experiences of adult learners in educational settings. The research methodology employed in this study includes a comprehensive literature review to examine existing studies on the topic and identify gaps in the literature. The study also involves collecting primary data through surveys, interviews, and observations to gain insights into the perceptions and experiences of adult learners regarding technology integration in education. The findings of the study reveal that technology integration positively impacts adult education outcomes by enhancing engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes. Adult learners reported increased access to resources, improved communication with instructors and peers, and greater flexibility in learning. However, challenges such as digital divide, technological literacy, and resistance to change were identified as barriers to effective technology integration. The implications of the study suggest that educators and policymakers should prioritize the integration of technology in adult education programs to enhance learning outcomes and experiences for adult learners.
