Thesis Abstract

This project aims to explore different approaches to program evaluation and assessment that can be utilized by adult education institutions and organizations to measure the effectiveness and impact of their programs. A review of relevant literature will be conducted to understand commonly used models and frameworks for evaluation. Case studies of select adult education programs that have implemented comprehensive evaluation systems will also be analyzed. The findings will then be synthesized to propose recommendations for developing and institutionalizing robust yet practical evaluation mechanisms tailored for adult learning contexts. The goal is to equip adult educators with evaluation tools that can help optimize programs, track learner outcomes, and demonstrate accountability.
