SUMMARY, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
This project examines the benefits and challenges of partnerships between adult education providers such as community colleges, literacy programs, and workforce training centers, and community organizations in the surrounding neighborhoods and cities. Through a review of literature and case studies of exemplary partnership models, it analyzes how collaborations can help adult education institutions expand their reach and better address community needs through joint programming, shared resources, and leveraging each other's networks and expertise. The paper discusses strategies for forging effective partnerships and overcoming common barriers through open communication, clearly defined roles, and mutual understanding of organizational priorities and constraints of both sides.
