The integration of technology in educational settings has become increasingly prevalent, with its potential to enhance learning experiences and outcomes. This thesis examines the impact of technology integration on adult learning within vocational education programs. The study investigates how the incorporation of technology tools and resources influences the teaching and learning processes, as well as the overall learning outcomes in vocational education for adult learners. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature, this research explores the theoretical foundations and empirical evidence related to technology integration in adult education. The research methodology employed in this study involves a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of survey data and qualitative examination of interviews with adult learners and educators. The data collection process includes surveys distributed to a sample of adult learners enrolled in vocational education programs that incorporate technology, as well as interviews conducted with instructors and program administrators. The findings from these data collection activities are analyzed to uncover insights into the perceived benefits, challenges, and effectiveness of technology integration in adult education.
