Chapter 2 conducts a comprehensive literature review covering ten key areas related to financial reporting quality, corporate governance, and their interplay. Chapter 3 outlines the research methodology, including the research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, and ethical considerations. The fourth chapter presents a detailed discussion of the findings, analyzing the relationship between corporate governance practices and financial reporting quality based on empirical evidence.
