This thesis investigates the impact of climate change on marine biodiversity, focusing on coral reefs as a case study. The study aims to explore the various ways in which climate change affects coral reefs and the associated marine biodiversity. The research begins with an introduction that highlights the background of the study, the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definitions of key terms. A comprehensive literature review in Chapter Two examines existing knowledge on the effects of climate change on coral reefs and marine biodiversity.
